Message from the Commodore

Well it is with a sense of relief and excitement that I write to inform you that the MMYC can finally open its facilities back up to our members.

Of course this comes with a number of Government enforced restrictions which will need to stay in place until at least the next announcement expected on Nov 8^th.

• We additionally request that members refrain from utilising the upstairs rooms at this point to avoid additional cleaning requirements.

• Members are also requested to thoroughly clean all surface areas after use. This is both a courtesy to the next user and a requirement under the hospitality covid-safe regulations.

• Masks are required at all times when not actually eating or drinking.

• There are limits to the number of people in each area.

• Sporting clubs are now required to record details of anyone accessing their facilities and in line with this there is now a QR code set up at the entrance (instructions were sent to all members via Revsports earlier this week) as well as a sign in book for those that don’t have access to a QR code reader.
