Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023

In accordance with the Constitution of Mordialloc Motor Yacht Club, notice is hereby given that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held in the clubrooms on Lambert’s Island at 7.30 pm on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, to receive:

  • Confirmation and adoption of Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting.

  • The presentation of the Annual Report.

  • The receipt and adoption of the Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure Statement, and the Auditor’s Report of the past Financial Year.

  • The election of Committee Members and Ex-Officio members.
