Update on Scout Hall demolition

The Scout Hall demolition is due to start shortly after Easter and will take several weeks. There is a possible 2 to 3 days early in the process where the island will be closed for safety reasons.

Rubble will be dumped on a barge in the slip for carriage to the Governor Rd boat ramp. Because of this, members with slip bookings will need to liaise with the slipway crew to put their boat on and off the slip in coordination with the barge movements.

We will advise when the actual dates become more firm.
