Boat located Mordialloc Creek Section A, and sale includes mooring subject to MMYC approval and membership. The boat was built on the beach in Rye in the 1930s, then commandeered by the Australian Navy to patrol the bay during the war, then moored in Mordialloc Creek since 1970. The motor is a diesel 42hp Mitsubishi craftsman marine motor. Only 190 hours and a brand new gearbox. New prop shaft case and well maintained and recently passed Marine survey and comes with the survey for insurance.
Sink tap and toilet works. Fold up bench next to driver’s seat for a table. Lowrance Navigation and CB radio. 3 bilge pumps and dual batteries.
Boat also has been ribbed again so it’s strong with no structural issues. Located Mordialloc Creek south wall. New spotted gum floor. $22,000 ONO.
