Getting help with slipway usage/operation
Slipway facility operation is not part of the booking/coordination service and so it is up to the individual to arrange their own authorised slipway operators or approved professional contractors.
It is our intention to help interested people become proficient in operation of the cradle and winch with a view to increasing the number of capable/authorised operators.
In the meantime, the following people have generously agreed to appear here and may be able to help you if required. Note that the professional contractors are a “fee for service” arrangement.
Please contact the slipway manager if you are able to lend a hand now and then and are happy to appear on the list.
Obviously when submitting a request, think about how your own crew and regular boating buddies can help you first.
